Release Notes 6.1

We are excited to share the highlights of the new Symphia NowForce desktop and mobile version 6.1:

In the Admin Settings:

• A complete redesign of the Forms Editor admin page
• Multiple other Admin tools have been either polished or migrated and consolidated to other areas of the system
• Introducing a new User Audit tool
• Organization Configurations page simplified and reorganized

In Dispatcher:

• Retain incident form data when switching Incident Type

In the Mobile App:

• New Reporter (launched last month)

• Android login process enhanced with more permission data

New Help Center:

Introducing an all-new Help Center

• Links to the new Help Center have been embedded in the product

BI Tool:

• New operational dashboards available on the BI tool
