New in Dispatcher

New Incident Update

When creating a new incident, the dispatcher can select the location using either Address, Road or POI. To streamline the process of new incident creation, you can now define which location option to display in the New Incident window. This is done in the Organization Configurations and you can select either a single or any combination of options to appear.

New version of Google reCaptcha

A new version of the Google reCaptcha tool has been implemented in Dispatcher. This has been undertaken to improve the security measures on the system, and overall user experience.
