New in Dispatcher

New Organization Configuration for Keep Alive Status

A new configuration for Keep Alive mechanism has been added to the Organization Configurations . This configuration ensures that the server is up to date with the mobile apps state. You can set the timeframe for the mobile to remain engaged with the NowForce system in the Keep Alive interval configuration. If the app has unexpectedly closed or has become non-responsive, and the user location update has been delayed, the Keep Alive mechanism allows the system to ping the mobile application and request a location update be sent to the server. Importantly, this ensures that users can experience seamless functionality without interruptions and receive all notifications in real-time from the Dispatcher.

Push Notification Mechanism Updated to FCM V1

FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging) has been replaced by FCM v1 due to the sunset of the original FCM version. With the sunset of FCM, Firebase introduced FCM v1 as its successor, providing enhanced features and support for continued messaging functionality

New in Mobile Application

New Zoho Widget

The Intercom help widget has been replaced with the Zoho widget.

iOS: New Intellicene App Store

The NowForce Mobile App has been migrated to the new Intellicene App Store.

iOS:  Keep Alive Status

A new API fix was deployed as the second part of the Keep alive wake up call.
